Baba's Borscht

Inspired by the home cooking of Baba Kurnoff, this hearty soup is a staple of the Doukhobor community. Baba's Borscht is very different from typical borscht. Unlike most varieties, Doukhobor borscht is vegetarian and always served hot. The ingredients are simple and hearty, creating a healthy and wholesome soup.
